Silicone Patches
Silicone patches give you a soft, flexible, slightly raised badge with a clean modern finish — without the stiffness of a traditional embroidered patch. That makes them a favourite for sportswear, performance apparel, and fashion brands that want branding which moves with the garment and survives the wash.
The 3D silicone process molds your logo in raised relief, so simple, bold marks look excellent — strong outlines, clear lettering at a sensible size, confident shapes. Like PVC, silicone isn't the right home for tiny type or fine gradients; if your design depends on those, woven or printed is the better route.
Silicone sits flatter and lighter than PVC and has a smoother, more premium hand-feel, which is why you'll see it on premium athleticwear and streetwear rather than tactical gear. Minimum order is 100 pieces.
Deciding between silicone and PVC? Reach for silicone when you want a lightweight, soft-touch, modern look on a garment; reach for PVC when you need maximum durability and a chunkier 3D rubber badge for outdoor or tactical use.
Badges, patches, and keyrings are produced and ordered through our dedicated sister site, USABadge.com. It's the same company — we keep badge ordering on its own site so the quoting, sampling, and production process stays clean and simple, separate from our digitizing work. When you're ready to order silicone patches, you'll head there to configure size, backing, and quantity.
Heads up: USABadge.com is a separate site with its own account system. Your Digitizing.US login won't work there — you'll need to create a separate account on USABadge.com. It takes a minute and keeps your badge orders organized in the right place.
