Most artwork services will vectorize everything. That's not always what you need — and for DTF, it's often the wrong call entirely. We look at what you're printing on, what machine you're running, and what actually needs to be sharp. Then we optimize for that, not for a format checkbox.

Different outputs need different treatment. Here's how we approach each one.
DTF Optimized Artwork
DTF doesn't require 100% vector artwork anymore — and that's changed everything. A full re-vector of a complex logo often does more harm than good, destroying the subtle gradients and photographic qualities that make the design look right on film.
What DTF does need is a clean outer border and crisp small text. We selectively vectorize exactly those elements — the edge path and any fine text — while keeping the rest of the artwork as high-res raster. The result prints sharper, with better color fidelity, than a fully-vectorized file.
Vinyl Cutting
Clean cut paths with properly optimized nodes — no stray points, no overlapping paths. We embed the cut path as a spot color layer in green or magenta, whichever your cutter or RIP software expects. Ready to load and cut without cleanup.
Hard Goods & Specialty
Engraving, signage, promo items, and laser applications. We have a laser machine in-house— so we don't just format files to spec, we test them. If an engraving path has an issue, we catch it before it reaches your machine or your client's job.
