TPU Patches
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) patches are the modern, lightweight cousin of PVC. They deliver a similar durable, weatherproof, dimensional badge, but thinner, lighter, and more flexible — which makes them especially well suited to performance apparel, technical outerwear, and anywhere weight and flex matter.
TPU takes a clean, contemporary finish and holds crisp edges and raised detail well. It bonds neatly to technical fabrics and flexes with the garment rather than sitting stiff on top of it, so it's become a go-to for sportswear and outdoor brands that find traditional PVC a touch heavy.
Minimum order is 100 pieces. As with PVC and silicone, TPU favours bold, clear designs over fine text or photographic detail.
