Embroidered Patches

The embroidered patch is the classic — raised thread, rich texture, and a clean merrowed border, built up stitch by stitch into a badge with genuine tactile quality. It's the look most people picture when they think "patch," and for good reason: nothing else carries quite the same heritage and craftsmanship.

This is where our digitizing expertise matters most. A great embroidered patch starts with great digitizing — the right stitch types, density, and underlay so the design sews cleanly, sits flat, and holds its detail. We bring the same production knowledge to patches that we bring to garment digitizing, which is why ours don't pucker, gap, or fray at the edges.

Embroidered patches suit logos, crests, team badges, and brand emblems — bold-to-medium detail at a sensible size. Very fine text or photographic artwork is better served by woven or printed; we'll tell you honestly if your design is pushing the limits of thread. Minimum order is 25 pieces.
