Woven Labels
Woven labels are the small, finely woven fabric tags that turn a garment into a brand — neck labels, hem tags, sleeve details. They're produced using damask weaving, which packs fine threads tightly enough to hold small text, thin outlines, and detailed brand marks that embroidery at that scale simply can't reproduce cleanly.
This is the detail point we make often in digitizing: below a certain size, embroidery thread is physically too thick to hold the letters. Woven solves exactly that — it's built for small-scale precision, which is why it's the standard for clothing labels rather than embroidered tags.
Options include normal or metallic thread, and a full range of folds — centre fold, no fold, centre & end folds, and edge fold — depending on how the label is sewn in. Backing can be none or heat-seal (iron-on). Sizes run from roughly 0.4 to 4 inches, with a minimum order of 100 pieces at around $1.07 each at that quantity.
Woven labels suit cut-and-sew apparel brands, high-end streetwear (hem tags, neck labels, sleeve details), private labelers replacing manufacturer tags, and corporate uniform programs. If your brand mark has fine lettering, this is almost always the right product.
Badges, patches, and keyrings are produced and ordered through our dedicated sister site, USABadge.com. It's the same company — we keep badge ordering on its own site so the quoting, sampling, and production process stays clean and simple, separate from our digitizing work. When you're ready to order woven labels, you'll head there to configure size, backing, and quantity.
Heads up: USABadge.com is a separate site with its own account system. Your Digitizing.US login won't work there — you'll need to create a separate account on USABadge.com. It takes a minute and keeps your badge orders organized in the right place.
