Enamel Pins

Hard enamel lapel pin with glossy enamel fill and gold-plated metal outlines

Enamel pins turn a logo into a collectible — a small, polished metal badge with glossy enamel fill, the staple of streetwear, fan merchandise, events, and brand drops. There isn't just one kind, though: the finish you choose changes the look, feel, and price. Here are the four we offer, and when each one makes sense.

VARIANT 1

Soft Enamel

The most popular and most affordable.

Soft enamel leaves the metal lines raised above recessed colour, giving the pin a subtle textured, dimensional surface you can feel. Available in a wide range of platings — gold, nickel, antique copper, antique gold, antique silver, black dye, matt silver, matt gold, rose gold, black nickel, and colour-plated — in sizes from roughly 0.4 to 4 inches, with backings including deluxe clutch, safety pin, magnet, tie slide, cuff link, stick pin, and more. Minimum order 100 pieces. Best for sports teams and fan merchandise, streetwear and hat-pin culture, corporate events and employee recognition, and band and music merchandise.

VARIANT 2

Hard Enamel

The premium finish.

Hard enamel is polished flat, so the colour sits flush with the metal for a smooth, jewellery-like surface that's more durable and feels more upmarket than soft enamel. Choose this when you want the pin to read as a quality keepsake.

VARIANT 3

Die-Cast

Maximum metal detail.

Die-cast pins are stamped for sharp, intricate metalwork — ideal when the design leans heavily on the metal itself rather than colour fill.

VARIANT 4

Printed Pins

Full-colour and photographic.

Printed pins reproduce unlimited colours, gradients, and fine detail that enamel fill can't — the right call when your artwork is illustrative or photographic rather than a clean line design.

Ordering is handled on USABadge.com

Badges, patches, and keyrings are produced and ordered through our dedicated sister site, USABadge.com. It's the same company — we keep badge ordering on its own site so the quoting, sampling, and production process stays clean and simple, separate from our digitizing work. When you're ready to order enamel pins, you'll head there to configure size, backing, and quantity.

Heads up: USABadge.com is a separate site with its own account system. Your Digitizing.US login won't work there — you'll need to create a separate account on USABadge.com. It takes a minute and keeps your badge orders organized in the right place.
